The Solicitor-GeneralThe Attorney-General and Treasury Solicitor use cars allocated by the Government Car Service. Details of their fuel types are provided in an answer given by my right hon. Friend the Minister for the Cabinet Office, on 11 November 1999,Official Report, column 828.
The Serious Fraud Office does not operate motor vehicles of any kind.
The Crown Prosecution Service operates a total of 21 vans and estate cars which are based at various locations throughout England and Wales. Of these one is fuelled by petrol and the remaining 20 run on diesel. The CPS periodically review the local availability of liquid petroleum gas with the aim of moving to this form of fuel as soon as practicable.
