§ Ms Beverley HughesThe Government's planning policy on affordable housing is set out in Planning Policy Guidance note 3: Housing and in Circular 6/98: Planning and Affordable Housing. In March this year, we issued a consultation draft revision of PPG3. We are currently finalising this revised guidance and expect to publish shortly.
