§ Mr. MorleyI announced on 18 October as public consultation on proposals to restrict landings of bass by British fishing vessels to 5 tonnes per week, in the light of concerns about the impact of the spring offshore fishery on the bass stock. I have arranged for copies of the consultation document to be placed in the Libraries of the House.
