When it is intended to make the rights contained in the European Convention on Human Rights part of the laws of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man and to provide for effective legal remedies for claims of breach of those rights. [H L4574]

All three Crown Dependencies are in the process of preparing human rights legislation and are expected to complete the legislative process next year.
