Friend the Home Secretary has asked for the good practice document "Managing Unauthorised Camping", published jointly by the Home Office and the Department for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (DETR) in 1998, to be reviewed. This is being carried forward with the DETR and the results will be announced in due course.
