§ Mr. SpellarThe UN's Balkans Task Force issued its report on the environmental consequences of the Kosovo conflict on 5 October. A copy of the report has been placed in the Library of the House. This Government have not conducted a separate assessment of the environmental consequences of the conflict in Kosovo and Serbia.
