§ Mr. HainThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office have worked closely together throughout the negotiations on the establishment of the International Criminal Court. The Government believe ratification of the Rome Statute will have no implications for future British involvement in peacekeeping operations.
