§ Mr. Charles ClarkeWe will be discussing the proposals with the Association of Chief Police Officers and the Association of Police Authorities before formally inviting bids from forces for money from the Crime Fighting Fund. We are currently preparing the bidding guidelines. I will place a copy of the guidelines in the Library when they have been finalised.
