§ Mr. Andrew Smith[holding answer 1 November 1999]: The Chancellor's Departments have set out the key performance targets on which they will be judged in their Public Service Agreements (Cm 4181), and the measures of success they will use in the Output and Performance Analysis published by the Treasury on 31 March 1999.
These high level targets are supported at operational level by objectives and targets to ensure delivery by individual units.
