§ Mr. SpellarWe expect the contract for the development of the multi-role armoured vehicle to be signed soon. To protect third party commercial confidences, I am withholding information relating to the likely value of the contract under Exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information until the contract is signed. Our partner in this programme is Germany and we hope that the Netherlands will join as soon as practicable after contract signature.
