§ Mr. Charles ClarkeNegotiations are still ongoing, however, Cleveland Police is insured against legal costs. This insurance has an excess of £100,000. Therefore, the legal costs of Cleveland Police will be anything up to £100,000. Any remaining costs would be a matter for the insurance company.
