§ Clare ShortWe believe that land reforms are needed, as part of a strategy to reduce poverty in Zimbabwe. We have consistently told the Government that as part of such 227W a strategy we would be prepared to support a land reform programme that is transparent, cost-effective, properly managed and on which local people are consulted.
