§ Mr. RaynsfordI will approve the disposal of land only where it will continue to fulfil the purposes of including land in Green Belts as set out in Planning Policy Guidance note 2 (PPG2). Any capital receipt arising from a disposal should be treated according to the local government capital finance system.
