§ Mr. HillThe provision of cycling facilities on trains and at stations is a matter for individual operators. Paragraph 31 of the Instructions and Guidance which we issued to the Franchising Director on 29 September requires him to promote the use of bicycles by seeking 83W the provision of reasonable facilities on board new rolling stock and at stations.
