§ Mr. Andrew SmithWork is progressing to ensure that the Office of Government Commerce will be operational by 1 April 2000. A Chief Executive will be appointed in November and I hope to be able to announce shortly the composition of the Supervisory Board and the transfer of its constituent agencies.
