§ Clare ShortWe will provide a core grant not exceeding £70,000 a year towards the costs of a UK Commission for United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). We and other Departments will also consider support for specific activities in accordance with Government priorities. It is expected that civil society groupings with an interest in UNESCO will provide additional funding for the Commission.
