§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThe highest proportion of the Potential Schools Budget delegated by a local education authority in 1998–99 was 95.8 per cent. If Cambridgeshire had delegated at this level, the additional amount of the Aggregated Schools Budget available to its schools would have been £11 million.
