§ The Prime MinisterAt 1 July Scottish Office Ministers will represent Scottish interests in reserved matters within the UK government, exercise certain specific responsibilities under the Scotland Act 1998, and be expected to promote good communications and relationships between the UK Parliament and Government and the Scottish Parliament and Executive.
