§ Baroness Symons of Vernham DeanThe Israel-Lebanon Monitoring Group has on numerous occasions reduced the tension between the parties in south Lebanon. To list all the violations of the April 1996 Understanding which the group has identified and enumerate their conclusion would incur a disproportionate cost.
