§ Mr. RookerOn 17 May the General Affairs Council called on the European Commission to intensify its contacts with the USA and Canada on all aspects of the dispute concerning hormonal growth promoters and, in particular, to enter into detailed and transparent discussions on the basis of the scientific evidence available.
