§ Mr. StrawDraft agendas for Justice and Home Affairs Councils are provided to Parliament as early as possible before each Council. The current draft agenda for the Council on 27–28 May was sent on 19 May to the European Scrutiny Committee and the Home Affairs Committee, as well as to the European Communities Committee in the House of Lords. I have placed a copy in the Library.
