§ Mr. TimmsFor the first time we have set a measurable target for reducing fraud and error. Our target is to reduce the level of fraud and error in Income Support and Jobseeker' s Allowance, two of the most vulnerable benefits, by 30 per cent., by 2007, with at least a 10 per cent. reduction by March 2002.
