§ Mr. Tony Lloyd[holding answer 16 April 1999]: Representations of this nature have been made to the Secretary of State by and on behalf of the Ibis community. This is related to issues arising in the judicial proceedings being brought by the Ibis which will in due course come before the Divisional Court. It is therefore inappropriate for the Government to comment further.
