Whether they will raise with the Government of Vietnam the arrest on 4 March of the geophysicist Nguyen Thanh Giang; and whether they will ask the British Embassy in Hanoi to seek permission to visit Mr. Giang in prison, notwithstanding the absence of a right of access under the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations.
