§ Mr. RookerMy hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary and I met the Secretary of Agriculture for the Brazilian State of Rio Grande do Sol on 13 May 1999 at his request to hear about the ability of his State to supply non-GM soya to UK customers.
We offered to add details of Brazilian companies to the MAFF list of non-GM soya suppliers published on the Department's website, so that those who wished to purchase such material can be aware of this source.
