§ Mr. Mike O'BrienNone. The vouchers and cash which will be given to asylum seekers are designed to meet the cost of essential living needs, including clothing, which are not being provided in kind, such as utilities. However, we are contributing to consider carefully the representations made in the Special Standing Committee on the Immigration and Asylum Bill and elsewhere.
