§ Mr. Robin CookFrom the time they were told of Mrs. Badar-ud-Din's admission to hospital on 26 February 1999 our consular staff in Lahore and Islamabad were in close touch with her husband. They helped him to arrange for her repatriation to the UK, accompanied by a medical escort, on Saturday 8 May. She is now being cared for in Leicester General hospital.
