§ Mr. HainSince last July's Integrated Transport White Paper which set targets for the introduction of green transport plans we have been working on a range of measures to encourage greener travel. These will be included in our Green Transport Plan for Cathays Park which is due to be completed by 31 May.
Following the transfer of functions, this issue will be a matter for the National Assembly.
