§ The Prime MinisterIn my speech to the Romanian Parliament I said that Romania was at the forefront of the aspiring NATO members, that I wanted Romania to be on a fast track to NATO membership, and that I was confident that Romania would be one of the next countries to be admitted as a full member of the Alliance.
