§ Ms Glenda JacksonI understand from Railtrack that services to Fenchurch Street Station on 20 April were suspended as a result of power failure. The decision to close the station was taken by the train operator, LTS Rail Ltd. Railtrack say that they are committed to reducing the delays to train services caused by infrastructure failure.
