§ Mr. Tony LloydIt has now been agreed that the Department for Environment, Transport and the Regions, through the Government office for the south-west, should co-ordinate Government policy on the Cornish Language. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office will retain overall responsibility for the Council of Europe's Charter for Regional or Minority Languages.
