The Attorney-GeneralThe investigation report of the Metropolitan Police is being carefully considered by the Crown Prosecution Service in accordance with the tests set out in the Code for Crown Prosecutors. A decision on whether any criminal charges should be brought will be made as soon as possible after the case has been reviewed.
