§ Lord Williams of MostynThe Government have welcomed the main findings in the report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life onThe Funding of Political Parties in the United Kingdom, and we intend to publish a draft Bill before this year's Summer Recess with a view to having controls in place by the time of the next general election.
