§ Mr. Mike O'BrienWe do not hold a list of the bodies in other European Economic Area (EEA) states which regulate the provision of advice and services corresponding to immigration advice and services. Under Part V of the Immigration and Asylum Bill, it will be a matter for the Immigration Service Commissioner to decide what information he or she will need to obtain in order to consider the cases of advisers whose services may be regulated by an EEA body, and the Commissioner will be entitled to expect any such advisers to provide evidence of the nature of any scheme under which their services are regulated.
