§ Mrs. LiddellThe information requested is not available. Whether a contribution from a student or some or all of the fee paid on their behalf by the Student Awards Agency for Scotland, tuition fees are paid direct to institutions. Institutions distribute the funds as they see fit.
From 1 July 1999, this will be a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
