§ Mr. RookerAll plans for expansion and improvements submitted by quarantine kennel owners have been considered by the Department to ensure that they comply with the standard requirements for the design, construction, operation and management of such premises. Those plans which complied with the requirements have been approved. In cases where the submitted plan has not complied with the standard requirements, this has been explained and the kennel owner invited to submit amended plans.
