Whether they have issued guidelines governing the publicity that a hospital trust may engage in when a member of its staff is awaiting a hearing from the General Medical Council or is suspended from practice. [HL1639J

Whether the Thanet Healthcare NHS Trust has acted properly in discussing with the press the case of Dr. Michael Tai while he is awaiting a disciplinary hearing from the General Medical Council and is suspended from practice. [HL1640]
