§ Mr. HoonThe appraisal performance markings awarded to Civil Servants in 1998 within the Lord Chancellor's Department and its Agencies are shown in the tables.
Although we do monitor for Equal Opportunities purposes, neither the Lord Chancellor's Department nor its Agencies applied the four fifths rule in analysing the appraisal markings awarded to staff in 1998.
