To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will list the licensed production agreements that Pains Wessex has established in other countries, indicating the products which the agreements cover. [77238]

Companies wishing to license overseas production of their products do not require DTI approval, nor are they required to notify DTI of agreements entered into.
