§ Mr. CabornThe regeneration potential of new cross river public transport links were assessed within the East Thames Appraisal Framework report, commissioned by the Government Office for London, which reported in July 1998. The options considered in the report included a rail tunnel at Woolwich, and light rail and guided bus links to Thamesmead.
