§ Mr. SpellarMOD military and civilian personnel are entitled to membership of the relevant occupational pension schemes, Armed Forces Pension Scheme (AFPS) and the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) respectively. There are no EU directives or regulations which specifically govern public service pension schemes. However, more general EU directives and regulations governing employment and pay may in some cases have an impact on occupational pension schemes, including the AFPS and PCSPS.
