§ Mr. ByersI became Secretary of State at the beginning of this year. I will be making two major trade promotion visits later this year—the first to China (including Hong Kong), and Japan and the second to India and Saudi Arabia. In addition, I will be visiting Russia in May for the Intergovernmental Steering Committee on Trade and Investment.
