§ Mr. Ingram[holding answer 15 March 1999]: In accordance with the requirements of the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998 (Sentence Review Commissioners) Rules 1998 the Secretary of State submitted the relevant materials necessary for the Commissioners to satisfy themselves as to whether or not this prisoner met the criteria for release under the Northern Ireland (Sentences) Act 1998. She has made no other representations to the Commissioners in respect of his application.
