§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Housing Corporation's January 1999 publicationGuide to Local Rents (Source Research 32) sets out a comparison of average housing association, local authority and private sector rents in each local authority area, including the London boroughs. A copy has been placed in the House of Commons Library. In addition, my Department routinely collects information on average rents for all authorities for Housing Revenue Account subsidy purposes.
