§ Dawn Primarolo[holding answer 16 February 1999]: The Government are committed to ensuring that Working Families Tax Credit and Disabled Persons Tax Credit recipients who need it continue to receive the help provided by passported benefits through for example, the NHS Low Income Scheme, the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Payments, the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme and legal advice and assistance.
