§ Mr. RookerIncidence of TB in cattle continues to be concentrated in the traditional TB "hot spot" counties of Cornwall, Devon, Gloucestershire, Hereford and Worcester and parts of Wales, with a number of incidents also recorded in several other counties, particularly Staffordshire and Wiltshire. Summarised in the table are details of the number of incidents of TB in cattle in Great Britain in each county in 1997 and the first six months of 1998. Figures for the whole of 1998 are not yet available.
