§ Mr. George HowarthWork has already begun to address the issues raised in the report including installation of a new cell call bell system and the building of a new reception area.
The Prison Service will, within 30 working days of the date of publication of the report, prepare an action plan addressing all the recommendations made by the Chief Inspector.
