§ Mr. FoulkesMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State regularly meets with colleagues at the Development Council, the last of which was held on 30 November 1998. PHARE was not specifically on the agenda. She has regular informal contact with her counterparts regarding a range of issues including the PHARE programme.
