§ Mr. HoonResearch has been carried out, by a consortium led by the University of Bristol on behalf of the Legal Aid Board, into the mediation pilot schemes run by the Board. This research is not yet complete and it is therefore too early for the Government to make any assessment of those pilot schemes.
