§ Mr. FatchettWater is an issue to be resolved in the final status negotiations. We support the Wye Agreement which provides for the immediate resumption of final status negotiations. We also support an equitable division of water which will take into account the concerns of all parties including other countries in the region. The proposed desalination plant has to be considered in the context of the final status negotiations.
